Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Mandarin
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the organization, and oversee the development of communication strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials promptly, plan and control budget and expenditures for financial stability, and compile data for reporting purposes
- The candidates should be able to schedule appointments, answer telephone calls, and take messages, as well as oversee the preparation of reports for accuracy and timeliness
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and arrange travel and related itineraries for staff as required
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence accurately, perform data entry tasks efficiently, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring organizational objectives are met. Additionally, they should perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and revenues
