Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, Quick Books, MS Outlook
Technical terminology: Business
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Invoices
Physical Requirements:

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, oversee the preparation of reports, liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants, advise senior management
