Salary: $23.08 to $23.10 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Vancouver, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate and a quick learner

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage accounts payable, prepare payroll, and invoice clients
  • The candidates should be able to perform financial calculations such as costing and budgeting, and store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, maintain filing and record systems, and perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, organize and maintain inventory, and manage cash
  • The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements, reports, and manage cash
