Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a completed 2-year diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in asset management, or a degree in Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently as well as be an effective team member
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience with research, analysis, and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information from a variety of sources and experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- The candidates should have a valid Class 5 Licence or Graduate Driver’s Licence (or provincial equivalency) and access to a personal vehicle
- The candidates should have knowledge and experience working in facility management, asset management, and architecture
- The candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated customer focus
- The candidates should be prepared to be tested for appropriate skills and provide proof of qualifications
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct site visits to collect basic asset information, including equipment data, accommodation status, or building measurements
- The candidates should be able to perform data analysis and synthesis on collected data and compile journal and website research on best practices and trends
- The candidates should be able to update or extract information from internal systems such as Computer-aided Design (CAD) Drawing Inventory, inforEAM, and PowerPlan
- The candidates should be able to liaise with other departments, business units, operations staff, and consultants
