homemade bread


2 coups Flour

100 ml milk

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsbp yeast

 2 eggs

100 tbsp butter

2 tsp salt 


In a bowl mix flour, sugar n salt then set aside. Mix d yeast with warm milk n allow to rise for few minutes. After few minutes, add d melted butter, egg n whisk together then pour into d flour and knead. Sprinkle little flour on a work surface and knead properly then add little veg oil into a bowl to avoid sticking n put d bread dough cover n allow to rise for 30-40 mins. 

Grease the baking pan with butter n dust with flour then cut d bread dough into balls n mould put into d pan till d dough is finished then cover n allow to double its size. 

Preheat your oven, or use a pot ( I used d pot method) add sand, salt or pot stand. Brush the bread with egg and liquid milk mixed together n immediately bake. Cover d pot lid properly to avoid trapping air and bake on a low heat. 

After few minutes, use a skewer to check if it’s done n if it comes out clean, then your bread is ready.
