Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and be attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multitask effectively, managing various responsibilities simultaneously

- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain filing systems, and order supplies while keeping inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
- The candidates should be able to prepare draft agendas for meetings, take, transcribe, and distribute minutes, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
