Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, even at heights, in wet/damp, dusty, hot, and cold/refrigerated environments, especially in tree and orchard fruit farming
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and excel in tasks that are repetitive and physically demanding, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with standing for extended periods, walking, and performing bending, crouching, kneeling and distinguish between colors
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible, exercise good judgment and be reliable and team players and quick learners
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform budding on trees, clean crops, train fruit trees, hoe crops and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to pick stones and/or wood from fields, weed the fields, fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
