Supervision: Working groups, More than 20 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract), Driver’s validity licence check, Criminal record check, Bondable

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage finances or budget, recruit, train and supervise staff
- The candidates should be able to ensure transport compliance with regulations, record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- The candidates should be able to arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
- The candidates should be able to monitor company’s or department’s performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies
- The candidates should be able to oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
- The candidates should be able to oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
