Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelors in Engineering
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing company with at least 2 years applying lean tools and training others

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a results-based communication style with strong impact and influencing skills
  • The candidates should be Lean or Six Sigma certified
  • The candidates should be proficient in the MS Office Suite
  • The candidates should have the ability to facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, leveraging strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assist with and execute business improvement projects within warehouse and material management, contributing to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with the materials management team to identify opportunities for improving space utilization, storage methods, and material accessibility within the warehouse
  • The candidates should be able to identify opportunities for sustaining and improving warehouse operations through the implementation of standard work practices, sharing best practices, and implementing lean improvements
  • The candidates should be able to conduct process audits to ensure compliance with documented warehouse management procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions
  • The candidates should be able to promote and support a lean culture across warehouse operations, encouraging continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with warehouse managers to develop lean processes and ways of working, integrating these improvements into day-to-day warehouse operations
  • The candidates should be able to support technology deployment initiatives across warehousing and materials business areas, facilitating the adoption of new tools and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
