Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions, environments with odors and dust, and hot conditions
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, and able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as part of their responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collect brushes and clean the crop, including grading and culling vegetables
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, harvest seedlings, and cut seeds
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as perform stone and/or wood picking
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality, prepare it for the market, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, including livestock and poultry
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area as part of their responsibilities
