Shifts: Day, Evening, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Food specialties: Bakery goods and dessert

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should show initiative in taking proactive steps to contribute to the success of projects and tasks
  • The candidates should be organized in their work, maintaining order and structure in tasks and responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
  • The candidates should be able to estimate food requirements and food and labor costs
  • The candidates should be able to plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
  • The candidates should be able to plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff
  • The candidates should be able to supervise the activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks
