Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor’s Degree such as Communications, Public Relations or Public Administration or other related field
Experience: Candidates should have minimum nine (9) years of related advancement services and/or fundraising experience with a focus on fundraising activities, alumni relations or data management experience within a large organization

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support the development and execution of the major gift donor revenue program and annual giving programs in conjunction with the Director of Philanthropy, to confirm multi-year financial commitments for approved College priorities
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement individualized engagement strategies for prospective and existing major gift donors through solid management of the donor cycle encompassing prospect identification and qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and then recognition and stewardship stages
- The candidates should be able to maintain relationships with individual donors through the planning and implementation of an efficient, effective, and donor-focused stewardship program, which includes personalized recognition of major gift donors
- The candidates should be able to inform annual fund solicitation strategies to mobilize large numbers of individual donors using data modeling and A-B testing
- The candidates should be able to facilitate the evaluation and acceptance of complex donations of gifts-in-kind, including equipment, vehicles, and software
- The candidates should be able to manage and monitor the compilation and analysis of data necessary for reporting and decision-making regarding the fundraising and alumni engagement strategies, goals, and key activities
- The candidates should be able to plan and coordinate reports on the performance of the department for presentation to the Executive Team, the Board of Governors, Advancement volunteer teams, and external stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to ensure that the database, consisting of over 180,000 alumni and donor records, contains current and accessible information by supervising the maintenance of fundraising and alumni engagement activities and information
- The candidates should be able to ensure the secure transfer of data and integration with other campus systems, including the Registrar’s Office and College affiliated databases
- The candidates should be able to manage and supervise gift processing, receipting, and recording in accordance with the College’s gift acceptance policies and CRA reporting standards and guidelines
- The candidates should be able to prepare all the data required for financial planning and reporting and support the management of the operating budgets for the department
- The candidates should be able to oversee the administration and service activities related to the management of the department’s personnel, anticipating the human resources requirements and required professional development to help advance the goals and objectives of the Advancement Plan while identifying any new potential needs to ensure key activities are appropriately supported
- The candidates should be able to coordinate space requirements and resource support needed to effectively deliver on the goals and key activities identified
- The candidates should be able to plan and support the research needs of the Advancement Team, including using industry research and institutional surveys to inform allocation of resources to priority functions
