Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable Farm experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing and able to work statutory holidays and an average of 2 weekends per month
- The candidates must live within 25 kilometers of the farm
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices
- The candidates should adhere to and enforce all CHEQ/Biosecurity procedures
- The candidates should have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed
- The candidates should possess excellent communication skills
- The candidates should be able to work independently
- The candidates should have Leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle eggs such as cleaning, sorting, collecting, and quality inspection
- The candidates should be able to perform general cleaning/sanitation of the work area
- The candidates should be able to complete required paperwork
- The candidates should be able to ensure adequate requirements for bird health are met
- The candidates should be able to monitor operations within the barns
- The candidates should be able to provide day-to-day direction to employees
- The candidates should be able to provide training as required
- The candidates should be able to perform SAP data entry

- The candidates will get pension after 2 years of continuous service and Boot Reimbursement of $125 after 3 months of service
