Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, human resources development
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- The candidates should be able to oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, oversee development of communication strategies
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, translate a variety of written material, present own material or material prepared by others
- The candidates should be able to liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, answer inquiries and provide information to customers
