Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors, at heights, underground, and in confined spaces as required by the job, and work effectively in noisy and dusty environments
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, maintaining focus and productivity in challenging situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and tasks as needed, and exhibit reliability, consistently meeting commitments and completing tasks on time
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, level earth to fine-grade specifications, and assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
