Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform Finance/Business Workforce Planning and Analysis, including variance analysis, tracking actuals, forecasting, and planning, to support informed decision-making
- The candidates should be able to build dashboards, decks, and perform ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership, providing valuable insights to drive strategic initiatives
- The candidates should be able to enhance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and relevance of financial information
- The candidates should be able to provide insights into cost savings and revenue generation opportunities through thorough analysis of financial data
- The Senior Analyst Performance Management is accountable for providing reporting and analytical solutions related to T&O financial management, including project financials, vendor spend, and cloud spend, to enable informed decision-making by senior management
- The candidates should be able to assist in the production of various reports and materials prepared for senior management, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- The candidates should be able to lead/participate in the design, implementation, and management of new analytics & reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- The candidates should be able to design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, as well as dashboards, to provide timely and relevant insights to stakeholders
