Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

- The candidates should be analytical and demonstrate creativity, as well as exhibit efficiency and be quick learners
- The candidates should have strong time management skills and a client focus, while also being flexible and organized

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases
- The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, send and receive messages, compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare invoices and bank deposits
- The candidates should be able to provide general information to clients and the public, order office supplies and maintain inventory, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to file material in the storage area, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, label, file, and retrieve documents, locate and remove files requested, organize and schedule office work, and store, update, and retrieve financial data
