Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of work experience: Quality assurance or control
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, Desktop applications, File management software, Multimedia software, Word processing software, Presentation software, Communication software, Image editing software, Spreadsheet, Salesforce

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to communicate electronically and in person with computer users facing difficulties, determining and documenting the problems experienced
- The candidates should be able to consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents for researching and implementing solutions
- The candidates should be able to provide advice, training, and job support to users in response to identified difficulties
- The candidates should be able to collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
- The candidates should be able to offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users dealing with identified difficulties
- The candidates should be able to research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, along with data access rules
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry and demonstrate professionalism in customer service
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
