- The candidates should have 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- The candidates should possess 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support, mentor, and motivate the hourly workforce
- The candidates should be able to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- The candidates should be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- The candidates should be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
- The candidates should be able to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
- The candidates should be able to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
