Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Drug test
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to work in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should have hand-eye coordination skills and be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
- The candidates should be able to assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings and clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and read and interpret blueprints
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
