Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be capable of handling various odors as needed for the job
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments when necessary
- The candidates should be accustomed to performing repetitive tasks as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as required for the job
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination for tasks that require precision
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, grade, and hand-harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops, pick row and orchard crops, and clean the work area
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables
