Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English, Persian, Turkish, and Albanian Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking and scent-free
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies and travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and prepare infants and children for rest periods
- The candidates should be able to sterilize bottles, prepare formulas, and change diapers for infants, supervise and care for children, take children to and from school and to appointments, tend to the emotional well-being of children, and help children with homework
