Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: The candidates should have prior experience operating a tow and trailer
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a valid driver’s license and must be insured
- The candidates should possess knowledge of methods and techniques in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- The candidates should have an understanding of mounting and balancing tires and tire repair, with relevant training
- The candidates should ideally have completed Trade school training or hold ASE certifications
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various individuals, including the public and multiple internal stakeholders
- The candidates should be quick learners and able to adapt to new systems, processes, and a dynamic work environment
- The candidates should be willing to become DOT certified
- The candidates should be comfortable with daily regional travel and operating a large service vehicle
- The candidates should display a sense of urgency when responding to customer Roadside Assistance needs
- The candidates should possess excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be the heart of every service location, relying on their expertise in process improvement and in the delivery of the best service and products to our customers
- The candidates should be able to execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work
- The candidates should be able to operate top-of-the-line hand, power, and shop tools proficiently
- The candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team
- The candidates should be able to perform other related duties as assigned
