Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should maintain a high level of attention to detail

Other Requirements:

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines, as well as carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and perform data entry
