*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Manager to lead the staff through duties and tasks from a hands on approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that Farm goals goals are met efficiently and effectively.

*Duties*
* Supervise & provide guidance and support throughout the Seasonal farm lifecycle.
* Operate equipment such as skid steers, Tractors, and wheel loaders
* Manage staff relationships to ensure coaching and effectiveness of duties.
* Oversee production management activities, including cow health and implementation of nutrient management plan.
* Utilize communication skills to maintain on-farm maintenance program
* Computer literate.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Monitor project performance against established cropping strategies and adjust plans as necessary.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of the Dairy Farm
* Strong skills in supervising teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience as an operator with skid steer, tractor, dump truck and wheel loader.
* Airbrakes endorsement encouraged
* Ability to work in an Agile environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Comprehensive in heat detection of dairy cows
* Mechanical background is added bonus.
* Ability to weld is also an attributre
