Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of employee and performance management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, shift or work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess equivalent, or have 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge or FTE) experience
  • The candidates should have 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support, mentor, and motivate both salaried and hourly workforce members and lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
  • The candidates should be able to build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other leaders to balance workloads
  • The candidates should be able to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
  • The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • The candidates should be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • The candidates should be able to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, especially in outdoor loading areas
  • The candidates should be able to continuously climb and descend stairs, applicable to sites with stairs
