Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, show initiative, and be organized.
- The candidates should be reliable and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms, and describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers
- The candidates should advise on menu selections, describe and advise on wine selection, and greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should serve food and beverages, take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should train staff, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service
