Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, comfortable working outdoors, and able to work at heights while handling heavy loads
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, in all weather conditions, and in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with the ability to distinguish between colors, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks comfortably while walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exercise good judgment and demonstrate values and ethics consistently
- The candidates should be reliable team players who are quick learners, adapting to new situations effectively
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops, as well as harvest crops efficiently
