Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, Deep fryer, Food dispensers, and Grill

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and manage physically demanding tasks. They should also be willing to work overtime as required and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and be attentive to detail. They should also be proficient in weight handling and able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables, and carry and replace linen. They should also be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and load buspans and trays
- The candidates should be able to operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and scour pots and pans. They should also be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
- The candidates should be able to replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items. They should also be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take customers’ orders
- The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, handle and store cleaning products, and remove kitchen garbage and trash. They should also be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, sharpen kitchen knives, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
- The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used, package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and clean and sanitize items such as dishwashers mats, carts, and waste disposal units
