Supervision: 11-15 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, and Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle tight deadlines, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and manage handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and maintain strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking while standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle a large workload and be willing to work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and dependable
- The candidates should be efficient in interpersonal skills and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and reliable

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and cost products and services
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- The candidates should participate in marketing plans and implementation
- The candidates should address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
