Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and excel in excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should be organized and function effectively as team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to investigate new travel areas, hotels, and other amenities, staying informed about emerging destinations and services
- The candidates should be able to manage difficult situations with customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties to support efficient travel agency operations
- The candidates should be able to sell travel products and travel insurance, meeting customer needs and promoting additional services
- The candidates should be able to prepare marketing materials to promote travel packages and services
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with travel information, including regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events
- The candidates should be able to calculate costs, process refunds, and attend to other financial transactions accurately
- The candidates should be able to attend to cancellations and schedule changes, coordinating with customers and relevant service providers
- The candidates should be able to develop contact lists for marketing and customer outreach
- The candidates should be able to make transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized reservation and ticketing system
- The candidates should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options, and travel costs, recommending suitable products based on customer preferences
