Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate and client focus
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories, complete insurance and other claim forms, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • The candidates should be able to prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes
