Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Experience: Candidates should have 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering results in sales, finance, or analytics

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have sales and trade promotion experience, as this is strongly preferred
  • The candidates should possess solid analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
  • The candidates should have a disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate within large and complex data environments
  • The candidates should be able to effectively summarize complex information upwards and influence sales leadership to drive appropriate action
  • The candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills and demonstrate the ability to influence cross-functional partners

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to take P&L ownership for all items impacting Net Sales Volume, including Gross Sales Volume, fixed and variable trade, returns & allowances, and fines
  • The candidates should be able to act as a primary liaison between field sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management to ensure effective communication and execution of trade strategies
  • The candidates should be able to utilize analytical frameworks and ROI analysis to identify opportunities to optimize pricing and promotions and serve as a key business partner for the sales teams on accounting and finance-related questions
  • The candidates should be able to support the annual planning process by validating YOY drivers of demand, trade budgeting, and assisting in the development of initiatives to achieve targets
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain financial controls to ensure visibility and accuracy of the monthly trade spend forecast
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer-specific external analysis to identify pricing opportunities or risks, such as value to market and competitor price gaps
  • The candidates should be able to lead cross-functional planning and support Retail Sales teams across the Total Retail business in executing Category strategies and opportunities pricing, trade re-alignment), and support the identification and communication of CBT revenue and trade implications back to Category teams
  • The candidates should be able to provide FP&A support for developing action plans to address risks and opportunities for CBT and customer performance
  • The candidates should be able to support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, including forecasting and analyzing customer performance
  • The candidates should be able to manage the preparation of monthly customer profit & loss statements, including handling key inputs and outputs for financial models
