Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in chicken farming, floriculture production, fruit and vegetable combination farming, livestock combination farming, other grain farming, and other miscellaneous animal farming
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as part of their responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks efficiently, and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, have good hand-eye coordination, and be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting for extended periods.
- The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday, be comfortable standing for extended periods, and able to walk as part of their regular tasks
- The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed and possess manual dexterity to perform tasks efficiently

- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations and exercise good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities, a team player capable of collaborating effectively with others

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning, hand harvest vegetables, and harvest seedlings
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and implement soil fertility programs
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding, fertilize and spray crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, examine produce for quality, and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry, and clean the work area
