Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a bachelor’s with all requirements completed between May 2023 and August 2025. (You must have all degree requirements met before your first day)
  • The candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written and demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should be currently enrolled in or have graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Management, Engineering, or another related field

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support, mentor, and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates
  • The candidates should be able to work independently and operate in an autonomous environment
  • The candidates should be able to stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and work in an environment where the noise level varies
  • The candidates should be able to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs; while shifts vary site to site, most follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off
  • The candidates should be able to oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities)
  • The candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach and climb and descend stairs
