Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required by the job, manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their shift, and perform physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to sit for extended periods as needed, and able to walk throughout their workday
- The candidates should be proficient in weight handling and able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable to ensure reliable performance and be reliable to consistently meet job requirements
- The candidates should be organized to manage their tasks efficiently and exhibit honesty in all aspects of their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and provide personal care
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, such as walking, feed or assist in feeding, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide companionship
