Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office
Physical Requirements:

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and delegate work to office support staff
- The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinate and plan for office services, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget
- The candidates should be able to maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and perform data entry
