Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Dairy cattle
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and be physically demanding
- The candidates should be able to do dairy, and livestock combination farming
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle large workload
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, noisy area, odours, outdoors, hot area, and dusty area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player

- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitoring animal health, handling animals, calving, feed inventory
- The candidates should be able to assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures, provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
- The candidates should be able to provide agricultural livestock services such as artificial insemination, spraying or shearing of livestock or disinfecting pens, barns or poultry houses, carry out a pasture or pen breeding programs, formulate feeding program
- The candidates should be able to maintain livestock performance records, recognize and treat certain livestock health problems
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, feed and tend animals
