- The candidates should be able to set the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for data-driven initiatives
- The candidates should be able to lead and influence to drive outcomes in a cross-matrix team and actively communicate results and methodologies
- The candidates should be able to define, prioritize, and manage the data product backlog and guide development with agile delivery teams
- The candidates should be able to analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and develop data solutions to meet stakeholders’
- The candidates should be able to oversee development stages and monitor progress of the delivery team
- The candidates should be able to act as a link between stakeholders and teams by tracking delivery progress and reporting on key milestones to the leadership team
- The candidates should be able to develop innovative and effective approaches to solve business problems through data analytics
- The candidates should be able to understand and document data dependencies, business rules, and data flow diagrams of the solution developed, including interactions between data sources and consuming systems, as well as logical processes and interfaces with other systems
