Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, ensuring efficient operation of the sales floor, and authorize the return of merchandise, adhering to company policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to sell merchandise to customers, providing assistance and guidance as needed, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for decision-making
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and organize and maintain inventory, keeping accurate records of stock levels and product availability
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers, providing leadership and direction to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
